Notation brings together painted and collaged forms, repeated dots and fragments of pattern in a composition that feels both structured and improvised.
 
It is a collection of marks, shapes and fragments that came together almost like a visual record. The repeated dots and lines suggest a kind of code or notation, while the layers hold traces of earlier decisions and changes.
